Common questions and answers
- Can I rent individual costumes?
Of course! Just reach out, know that larger rentals receive better rates.
- Do you rent to schools/ amature theatre?
Yes and we will often be a little more flexible with youth and educational theatre rates.
- Where can I pick up and return rentals?
Our storage is based in Orange County, CA. We can meet you at our storage if you schedule with us ahead of time.
- What are your rates?
It completely depends on the item and quantity of items!
- Do I need to dry clean rentals?
Yes! We are usually pretty trusting of most local cleaners but we have had great sucess with Zips dry cleaners on south Bristol Street in Costa Mesa. They have pretty budget friendly prices! If you rent a pair of bloomers or are wondering if you can machine wash an item please ask!
- Do you still do custom builds?
We have limited time for individual costume builds and have moved towards mostly theatrical costume rentals.
- Can I hire a staff member to costume my show?
Yes! That would include an additional rate as well as the costume package rental and is subject to the availability of contractors. Most services are done by individual contractors.
- I don't love the costume can I change it?
Any removable alterations are welcome but no permanent damage is allowed, all rentals must be returned as found. Any garment returned with damages will be subject to damage fees.
